1. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food:
1.1. perform distribution:
from January 1 to August 1, 2010 90 percent of the tariff quota is import pork fresher, cooled or refrigerated and pork trimming, 0203 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of custom union classified in goods item (further - pork), between the participants of foreign trade activity performing import of pork in 2008 and 2009 in proportion to the average amounts imported by these participants on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in 2008 and from January 1 to November 30, 2009 (except for than the pork occurring and imported from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan), 10 percent of the tariff quota - between the participants of foreign trade activity who were not performing import of pork in 2008 and 2009 and declared till April 1, 2010 requirement of its use for own production in proportion to the declared amounts;
since September 15, 2010 the tariff quota on import of the pork which is not chosen for August 1, 2010 based on statements of the participants of foreign trade activity who received the tariff quota on import of pork till August 1, 2010 in proportion to the average amounts of pork imported by them on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in 2008 and 2009 and the first half of the year 2010 (except for the pork occurring and imported from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan);
