About temporary restrictions concerning implementation of actions of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity for the period till December 31, 2010

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. To bodies and the officials authorized by the laws to exercise the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity:

1) till December 31, 2010:

it is temporary to stop conducting planned inspections of subjects of housekeeping, except checks of subjects of housekeeping which according to the criteria for evaluation of risk degree approved by the Office Ministers of Ukraine from implementation of economic activity are referred to subjects of housekeeping with high risk and planned actions of the state supervision (control) of observance of the sanitary and tax legislation, correctness of calculation, completeness and timeliness of payment in budgets, the state trust funds of taxes and fees (obligatory payments) and planned actions of the state architectural and construction supervision (control);

set restriction concerning carrying out unscheduled inspections of subjects of housekeeping, except checks which are carried out according to appeals of physical persons and legal entities about violation by the subject of housekeeping of requirements of the legislation or on representation of the subject of housekeeping to relevant organ of the written application about conducting check at his desire;

issue to the subject of housekeeping the instruction about elimination within 30 days of the revealed violations prepared based on the act of conducting check if other term is not provided by the law;

make the decision on application to subjects of housekeeping of financial and administrative sanctions only in case of failure to carry out by them within 30 days from the date of receipt of instructions on elimination of the revealed violations (except violations which cannot be eliminated);

not apply the sanction for violations which are eliminated in pursuance of the instruction;

To bring 2) own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
