About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on delivery of heat energy

According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 N 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" I ORDER:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on delivery of heat energy which are applied.

2. To department of state regulation of Minzhilkommunkhoz (Berezovskaya K. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of state regulation of Minzhilokommunkhoz (Berezovskaya K. V.) provide promulgation of this order in mass media.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning housing and communal services of Ukraine Gavrilyuk O. V.
