According to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.07.2009 N 841 "About carrying out bill calculations concerning financing of some actions connected with preparation and carrying out final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer in Ukraine" and of 25.11.2009 N 1247 "About carrying out bill calculations concerning financing of some actions connected with mitigation of consequences of natural disaster which occurred on July 23 - 27, 2008 on objects of road economy of the state pattern of ownership and financing of other construction objects, reconstruction and capital repairs of highways public" and for the purpose of ordering of the procedure of destruction of bills of exchange, creation or filling of details of which is performed with violation of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for destruction of bills of exchange, creation or filling of details of which is performed with violation of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

2. To provide to department of legal work and management of state-owned property provision of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Control over the implementation of this order is imposed on the vice-chairman of Ukravtodor Holodnyuk Z. V.
