According to article 244 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and the subitem 5 of Item 6 of the Standard regulations on inspection of the state technical supervision of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administration approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.01.1996 No. 59, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for registration by officials of the State inspection of agricultural industry of Ukraine and its territorial authorities of materials about the administrative offenses connected with abuse of regulations of technical operation of tractors, combines, other self-propelled farm vehicles and safety regulations during their operation which is applied.

2. To provide to department of engineering facilities (Datsenko M. S.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Shevchenko O. O.
