1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of Licensed conditions of implementation of intermediary activities of the customs broker which is applied.
2. To department of the organization of customs control of State Customs Service (Serbaylo A. I.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Fedorov O. O.
