According to article 15-1 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system of Ukraine", the Regulations on Public judicial administration of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.01.2009 of N 14, the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of the automated system of document flow in administrative courts" and for the purpose of ensuring automation of processes of passing of document flow, automatic distribution of legal cases and materials between judges, forming in the automatic mode of the reporting of court on condition of implementation of justice and transfer of cases to electronic archive of court I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the automated system of document flow in administrative courts which are applied.

2. To department of material, information and household support (Serdyuk N. P.), to the state company "Information Judicial Systems" (Bodelan A. V.) perform actions for the organization of implementation, use and implementation of technical support of the automated system of judicial document flow of administrative courts.

3. To department of planned financial activities and social security (Rudminskaya L. O.) during creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year to provide financing expenses of actions for ensuring use and implementation of technical support of the automated system of judicial document flow of administrative courts.
