About approval of the Procedure for introduction of payment for issue of the certificate of conformity and its size and amendment of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2001 No. 702

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

Procedure for introduction of payment for issue of the certificate of conformity which is applied;

the amount of payment for issue of the certificate of conformity according to appendix.

2. Add the columns "Expense Type" and "Size of Funds Which Are Allocated for the Organization of Provision of Services" of line item Minregionstroy of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2001 N 702 "About procedure for use of the means received by public authorities from provision of services by them according to the legislation and their sizes" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, N 26, Art. 1178; 2004, N 25, Art. 1650; 2007, N 59, Art. 2345; 2009, N 88, Art. 2972) respectively paragraphs of the following content:

"the expenses connected with issue of the certificate of conformity and creation, maintaining and ensuring functioning of the register of the issued certificates of conformity and refusals in their issue";

"100 percent of the receipts received from payment for issue of the certificate of conformity".

Procedure for introduction of payment for issue of the certificate of conformity
