About carrying out internal control and auditing work in system of the central executive body
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out internal control and auditing work in system of the central executive body which is applied.
2. To provide to heads of the central executive bodies in system of these bodies:
carrying out internal control and auditing work according to the Procedure approved by this resolution;
organizational and functional independence of control and auditing divisions, completeness of realization of their powers, measures for elimination of opportunities not to allow illegal intervention of the third parties in planning and carrying out internal control and auditing work and preparation of the reporting on its results;
consideration at meetings of boards at least once in half-year of questions of condition of respect for financial and budget discipline, preserving and use of state-owned property, results of carrying out internal control and auditing work and elimination of the found shortcomings.
3. To provide to management main control auditing explanation concerning application of the Procedure approved by this resolution.
4. Recommend to local government bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts connected with carrying out internal control and auditing work into compliance with the Procedure approved by this resolution.
5. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
