About one-time cash encouragement of the best doctors

For the purpose of stimulation of professional activity of doctors and distribution of the advanced forms and methods of work of the best doctors the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that since 2010 one-time cash encouragement to the best doctors is annually paid (further - cash encouragement) by results of the All-Russian tender on rank "The Best Doctor" (further - tender) which is carried out on the nominations according to appendix.

Cash encouragement is paid to prize-winners of tender in each nomination in the following sizes:

500 thousand rubles - to the prize-winners of tender who won first place;

300 thousand rubles - to the prize-winners of tender who took the second places;

200 thousand rubles - to the prize-winners of tender who took the third places.

2. To assign the organization of carrying out tender and implementation of payment of cash encouragement to prize-winners of tender to the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.

3. To the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation to approve conditions and the procedure for carrying out tender providing including determination of selection criteria of nominees for participation in tender, and also payment procedure of cash encouragement to prize-winners of tender.

4. Financial provision of the expenses connected with payment of cash encouragement is performed within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided on the specified purposes to the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation for the corresponding financial year.
