About questions of Public service of intellectual property of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of activities of state bodies and functioning of system of intellectual property, being guided by article 46 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Provisions and the scheme of management of Public service of intellectual property of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Determine that:

- activities of Public service of intellectual property of the Kyrgyz Republic are performed on the terms of self-financing;

- financing of the State fund of intellectual property under Public service of intellectual property of the Kyrgyz Republic is performed at the expense of means of Public service of intellectual property of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- financing of the State patent and technical library under Public service of intellectual property of the Kyrgyz Republic is performed from the republican budget within the means paid by Public service of intellectual property of the Kyrgyz Republic in type of tax;

- for payment work of employees of the State patent and technical library under Public service of intellectual property of the Kyrgyz Republic 1,8 coefficient is applied.

3. To public service of intellectual property of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- develop and introduce in accordance with the established procedure the draft decision of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating payment terms of work of employees of Public service of intellectual property of the Kyrgyz Republic and the subordinated organizations financed by Kyrgyzpatent's means;
