This Law regulates activities of the company operating on guarantee, the procedure for its registration and termination of the status, the right and obligation of the guarantor and guaranteed is established.
The company acquires the status acting on guarantee if it is effective on guarantee being the legal entity of the company.
The status of the company operating on guarantee does not affect organization-legal category of the company and its activities following from it.
Activities of the companies operating on guarantee are regulated by this Law, the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the companies and business activity", other legal acts.
