Action of this agreement extends to disabled people and participants civil and the Great Patriotic War of wars, combatants in the territory of other states, family of the died military personnel and to other categories of persons to which privileges by the legislation of the former USSR according to appendix 1 to this agreement are provided.
The categories of persons specified in Article 1 of this agreement irrespective of in the territory of what state from the Parties they live, use the privileges and guarantees provided by the national legal system of the Parties and this agreement.
