The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the appendix N 4 to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2005 N 687 "About approval of samples and descriptions of forms of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation, the diplomatic passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation and the service passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation, containing electronic media of information" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 48, by Art. 5037; 2006, N 15, Art. 1619).
2. Determine that:
a) the passports of the citizen of the Russian Federation, the diplomatic passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation and service passports of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation, containing the electronic media of information which are drawn up before entry into force of this resolution are valid before the termination of term of their action;
b) the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation, containing electronic media of information, which is drawn up on the sample and the description of the form of the specified passport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2005 N 687, taking into account the changes approved by this resolution is drawn up since March 1, 2010;
