1. Approve Standard regulations on the center of protection of children "Our children" which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the Standard regulations on the center of protection of children "Our children" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2007 N 787 "About carrying out in Kiev experiment concerning implementation of innovative form of child placement" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, N 41, Art. 1623; 2008, N 31, Art. 978).

assistance to persons who raise children on care, in foster homes, orphanages of family type (including living in the territory of the center), in implementation of functions of rather proper maintenance, education and development of the child by them;
creation of conditions for ensuring receipt of education by children in preschool, general education, professional, out-of-school educational institutions on the center location;
