For the purpose of realization of regulations of article 106 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the decision of tax authority by results of consideration of materials of exit check.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
