About the child's rights

Chapter 1. General provisions

Article 1. Limits of operation of the Law

The state proceeds from first priority of the principles of training of the child for full-fledged life in society, developments in it public and creative activity, education of high moral qualities, patriotism and education of the citizen in it. Article 1.1. The basic concepts used in the Law
