The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Republic of Moldova which further are referred to as the Party
aiming to keep and develop the developed interrelations in the field of registration, standardization and quality control of medicines,
recognizing need of providing the population with effective, high-quality and safe medicines,
agreed as follows:
The parties provide cooperation in the field of registration, standardization and quality control of medicines.
The parties free of charge communicate about medicines and requirements imposed to them including information on standardization, registration, quality control and collateral reactions, including make operational exchange of information on withdrawal of medicines (including inappropriate to standards and falsified) from sale or to restriction of their application.
The parties make registration of the medicines made by the companies of the exporting country according to requirements imposed to domestic manufacturers, except for registration payment which is levied according to the legislation of each of the Parties.
The parties recognize results of preclinical studying, clinical testing and studying of equivalence of the medicines which are carried out on the basis of the requirements recognized by both Parties - on representation of authorized bodies of the states of the Parties.
The parties recognize the specifications and technical documentation on the substances of medicines and standard samples made only in one of the countries - on permission of competent authorities of the states of the Parties.
