The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Republic of Moldova which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
being guided by the Agreement on cooperation in the field of public health care, accepted by Council of CIS Heads of Government on June 26, 1992,
recognizing relevance of cooperation in production and collateral order of testing and registration of products of medical appointment and the medical equipment (further - medical products) made in both states of the Parties agreed as follows:
The parties are recognized that:
medical (laboratory) testing are understood as testing for the purpose of comprehensive assessment of medical and operational qualities of medical products, determinations of feasibility and efficiency of its application in medical practice, and also working off of technique of their application (it is carried out in actual practice operation);
technical testing are understood as testing for the purpose of determination of compliance of medical products to medico-technical requirements, requirements of the regulating documents extending to them and decision making about possibility of carrying out medical (laboratory) testing.
The parties will mutually recognize procedure for carrying out technical and medical (laboratory) testing and registration of the medical products made in the territory of the states of the Parties.
The parties during implementation of this agreement will be guided by legislations of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Moldova.
This agreement does not extend to products of the third countries.
