having been positive for the existing transport bonds and recognizing need of holding systematic meetings with the purpose of elimination of problems in the field of transport,

being guided by aspiration to development of effective and mutually beneficial cooperation in the direction of enhancement of transport communications and infrastructure, and also attraction of additional cargo flows in the international transport corridors of both states,

emphasized importance:

removal of obstacles, arising when transporting between two states, simplifications of transport procedures and reduction of national legal systems in the field of transport in compliance with international standards;

implementation of the approved flexible tariff policy;

use of new transport technologies in the organization of transportations and enhancement of coordination work in transportation process, creations of the information and transport logistic centers;

developments of transit transportations and strengthening of initiative of the Parties in implementation of this process.

The parties agreed about agreement signature between the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Government of the Republic of Belarus about the international combined freight transportation.

For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of relevant provisions of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic about the international automobile communication signed on April 20, 1993 in Minsk, the Parties considered expedient preserving quotas of exchange of universal permissions in number of 150 units in 2007.
