understanding importance of good-neighbourhood,
wishing to help the bilateral relations in the field of health care and medical science,
convinced that the cooperation will promote improvement of health of the population and providing citizens of the states of the Parties with necessary medical care in situations of emergence of sharp diseases and accidents during their stay in the territories of the states of the Parties,
agreed as follows:
The parties develop cooperation in the field of health care and medical science on the principles of mutual advantage and mutual understanding.
The parties hold consultations, exchange experience and develop mutually beneficial cooperation in the following directions:
organization of health care system (creation of the health care market, pricing, development of primary health care, implementation of new medical technologies);
development and implementation of joint programs on priority and urgent problems of health care and medical science;
training of medical, scientific and scientific and pedagogical personnel, and also advanced training according to the qualification requirements established for specialists;
product development and tools of medical equipment;
development of basic and applied scientific research in the field of experimental, clinical and preventive medicine;
ensuring health of the population and hygiene of the environment;
preparation of acts of sanitation regulation, the legal acts regulating public health care;
prevention and laboratory diagnosis of infectious diseases;
