1. The basic concepts established by this Law have the following values:
insurer - legal entity or physical person, the company which does not have the status of the legal entity, estimating social payments, making them deduction and transferring (paying) into the government budget of the Republic of Armenia;
shortage - the amount of social payments, unpaid the insurer in the terms established by this Law;
authorized body - the tax authority established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service".
2. The insurer the legal entities and physical persons, public institution and organization of municipal subordination making and listing (paying) according to the procedure and the sizes established by this Law, social payments to the body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia (further authorized body).
