According to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 14.03.95 N 213 "About measures for ensuring activities of the National commission on questions of regulation of power industry of Ukraine" (with changes) and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 N 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" (with changes) the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of natural, oil gas and gas (methane) of coal fields by pipelines which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of regulation of oil and gas complex:
representation of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on transportation of natural and oil gas by bulk distribution lines on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
publication of this resolution according to the current legislation.
3. Declare invalid the resolution NKRE of 30.09.2005 N 856, "About Approval of Licensed Conditions of Implementation of Economic Activity on Transportation of Natural and Oil Gas by Bulk Distribution Lines" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.10.2005 for N 1243/11523.
