According to article 10 of the Federal law "About Energy Saving and about Increase in Energy Efficiency and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that the requirement to the goods made in the territory of the Russian Federation and imported to the Russian Federation for turnover in its territory about contents of information on class of energy efficiency in the technical documentation attached to these goods in their marking, on their labels extends to types of goods (taking into account their characteristics) according to appendix.

2. Approve the enclosed list of the principles of rules of determination by producers, importers of class of energy efficiency of goods.

3. If necessary to provide to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation modification of the all-Russian qualifiers of technical and economic and social information (system of cataloguing of products (works, services)) for the purpose of creation of conditions for uniform application of names of types and types of goods which in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about energy saving and about increase in energy efficiency shall contain information on class of their energy efficiency in the technical documentation attached to these goods in their marking, on their labels.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
