According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" the board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case (further - Fund) DECIDES:
1. Establish in 2010:
1.1. The payments provided by Article part two 23, Article 33, taking into account the regulations provided in paragraph five of part three of Final provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case", article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the size of fees on some types of obligatory national social insurance" in the amount of 360 hryvnias.
1.2. The payments provided by Article part one 23, taking into account the regulations provided in paragraph five of part three of Final provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" in the amount of at least 500 UAH, but not above the average salary which developed by all types of economic activity in the respective area for last month.
