1. On Russian Railways and rates of the additional charges to expect rates transit transportation of goods by rules of Tariff policy.
2. Including with participation of different types of transport irrespective of forms of carriage documents to perform charge of transportation payments for transit transportation of goods on Russian Railways in rate currency.
3. Determine that payment currency for transit transportation of goods on Russian Railways when settlings with the forwarding organizations which signed the contract with the organizations of rail transport is the Russian ruble.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister A. N. Nedosekov.
