1. Approve the List of positions of officers in the Security Service of Ukraine, appointment to which is the basis for transfer by the serviceman in length of service for award of pension of operating time in state bodies in case of transition to military service to the Security Service of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To provide to the head of department of work with staff provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To acquaint staff of the Security Service of Ukraine with this order.
