According to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) I ORDER:

1. Approve the commitment form of tax authority on withdrawal of tax statements according to appendix to this order.

2. To managerial control of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Streltsova N. V.) to bring this order to the attention of tax authorities.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dzhumadildayev A. S.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
