According to article 121 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "About health of the people and health care system" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of money from physical persons and legal entities, including retirement benefits and the public social benefits enlisted into the control account of cash of the public mental health facility of specialized type with intensive observation for use mentally by the patients who are on forced treatment in organization.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2010 and is subject to official publication.
