About approval of Rules of procedure for financing of actions for mitigation of consequences of emergency situations

1) to Approve the enclosed Rules of procedure for financing of actions for mitigation of consequences of emergency situations.

2) Control of target use of the financial resources allocated by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations is in accordance with the established procedure performed by Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan and about results the report to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is submitted.
