About ensuring activities of Public Service for the antimonopoly policy and consumer protection under the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic

For the purpose of ensuring activities of Public Service for the antimonopoly policy and consumer protection under the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. Ceased to be valid.

2. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. in two-month time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the existing legal acts to compliance with this Decree;

2.2. in two-month time to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.3. together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic to prepare and provide to three-months time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on enhancement of the legislation regulating consumer protection and rules of trade, public catering, household and other types of service.

3. Charge central and to local executive bodies of times a year - after completion of the accounting period till January 31st of the next year to represent to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic data on the work done by them within the powers in the field of consumer protection, performed, monitorings and other control measures.

4. Charge to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic of once a year - after completion of the accounting period till March 31st of the next year to submit to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the status report of consumer protection over the country based on generalization of the data provided according to Item 3 of this Decree central and local executive bodies.

5. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve other issues following from this Decree.
