About additional measures for the state support of the former political prisoners and victims of political repression and their public organizations
For the purpose of assistance of realization by the former political prisoners and victims of political repression of the rights and freedoms and on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of activities of All-Ukrainian society of political prisoners and victims of political repression I decide:
1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
analyze in three-months time compliance with law condition concerning rehabilitation, the state support of the former political prisoners and victims of political repression and to take additional measures for ensuring its unconditional accomplishment;
provide development in accordance with the established procedure of the draft of the nation-wide program of social protection of the former political prisoners and victims of political repression, members of their families for 2010-2015 and to submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the relevant bill;
handle issue of further assistance in accordance with the established procedure to publishing activities of All-Ukrainian society of political prisoners and repressed, other public organizations of the former political prisoners and victims of political repression, in particular concerning the edition of book series "Ukraine the 20th century. Encyclopedia of fight and repressions".
2. To the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ukrainian institute of national memory to organize carrying out with involvement of activists of All-Ukrainian society of political prisoners and repressed, other public organizations of the former political prisoners and victims of political repression during 2010 in educational institutions of thematic actions, in particular conferences, round tables, seminars devoted to fight of Ukrainians for civil and national liberty.
3. The Kiev city public administration instantly to handle issue concerning providing in accordance with the established procedure All-Ukrainian society of political prisoners and victims of political repression with the proper room.
