1. Approve the enclosed technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Pipelines of the Combustible, Toxic, Liquefied Gases".
2. This resolution becomes effective after six months from the date of the first official publication.

1. This technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Pipelines of the Combustible, Toxic, Liquefied Gases" (daleetekhnichesky regulations) establishes requirements to safety of pipelines of the combustible, toxic, liquefied gases and to processes of their lifecycle.
2. Identification of pipelines of the combustible, toxic, liquefied gases is made, by use of the codes of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of RK) given in appendix to this Technical regulation on marking and accompanying documents, on signs, parameters, indicators and requirements which are in total sufficient for recognition.
3. Dangerous factors (risks) arising in case of construction and operation of pipelines of the combustible, toxic, liquefied gases (further - pipelines):
