1. This Provision establishes procedure for licensing of educational activities of the educational institutions of body of foreign intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation realizing educational programs of average professional and higher education, postgraduate professional education and (or) the additional professional educational programs containing the data which are the state secret (further - educational institutions).
2. Are not subject to licensing:
a) the educational activities in the form of one-time lectures, training, seminars and other types of training which are not followed by final assessment and issue of education documents and (or) qualifications;
b) individual labor pedagogical activity, including in the field of professional training.
