3. Explain that cases which consideration by the Federal constitutional Law "About Disciplinary Judicial Presence" is referred to powers of Disciplinary judicial presence accepted to production of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation till March 10, 2010, are subject to consideration by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
