For the purpose of implementation of wide complex of purposeful measures for creation in the country of necessary opportunities and conditions for education of the healthy, harmoniously developed generation, to realization by youth of the creative and intellectual potential, forming of young men and girls of our country by comprehensively developed persons fully meeting the requirements of the 21st century, and also in connection with declaration in the Republic of Uzbekistan of 2010 "Year of harmoniously developed generation":

1. Approve the State program "Year of harmoniously developed generation" where are determined by the major key tasks:

enhancement of regulatory framework, introduction of the changes and amendments conforming to requirements of time in acting legislative and the regulations directed to protection of the rights and interests of children and youth, strengthening of the legal basis of their harmonious development;

further strengthening of measures for forming of healthy generation on the basis of consecutive program implementation "Healthy mother - the healthy child", enhancement of system of protection of reproductive health of mothers and children, priority development of preventive health care, strengthening of material and technical resources of health service, strengthening of explanatory and advisory work among the population in the questions connected with the birth and education of healthy children;
