About approval of the Regulations on the interdepartmental commission on questions of education and functioning of the centers of medico-psychological recovery
According to Item 5 of the Procedure for determination of the list of sanatorium institutions in case of which the centers of medico-psychological recovery are created approved by the resolution the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 2009 N 859, we ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on the interdepartmental commission on questions of education and functioning of the centers of medico-psychological recovery which are applied.
2. To provide to development department of medical care of MZ of Ukraine (Zhdanov M. P.) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Minister of Health Lazorishints V. V. and the deputy minister of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash of Bolotsky M. V.
