1. Approve sample of the temporary identity certificate for persons petitioning for provision of shelter it (is applied).

2. To police agencies and boundary bodies to apply sample of the temporary identity certificate to persons petitioning for provision of shelter from the date of publication.

3. To issue to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Border service temporary identity certificates according to the approved sample.
