1. Establish the minimum size of the authorized capital of the legal entities performing transactions on collection in the amount of 50 000 000 (fifty million) tenges.
2. From the date of enforcement of this resolution to declare invalid regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one days after day of its first official publication.
