According to the order of Head department of public service of Ukraine of 31.10.2003 N 122 "About approval of the General procedure for carrying out annual assessment of accomplishment by government employees of the obligations and tasks assigned to them", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.11.2003 for N 1063/8384 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out annual assessment of accomplishment by government employees of the obligations and tasks assigned to them in the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. To first deputies and deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry to provide carrying out annual assessment of accomplishment by government employees of the obligations and tasks assigned to them according to the approved Procedure.
3. Recognize invalid: the order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of 12.02.2004 N 57 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out annual assessment of accomplishment by government employees of the obligations and tasks assigned to them in the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine", orders of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 07.03.2006 N 83 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of 12.02.2004 N 57" and of 28.12.2006 N 390 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of 12.02.2004 N 57".
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
