About approval of the Procedure for carrying out annual assessment of accomplishment by government employees who work in trade and economic missions in structure of the foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine assigned to them obligations and tasks
According to the Regulations on carrying out certification of government employees approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.12.2000 N 1922 (with changes), and the General procedure for carrying out annual assessment of accomplishment by government employees of the obligations and tasks assigned to them approved by the order of Head department of public service of Ukraine of 31.10.2003 N 122 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.11.2003 for N 1063/8384 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out annual assessment of accomplishment by government employees who work in trade and economic missions in structure of the foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine assigned to them obligations and tasks (further - the Procedure for carrying out annual assessment) which is applied.
2. To heads of trade and economic missions in structure of foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine (further - TEM), to deputy managers of TEM in the countries in which the staff list does not provide position of the head or this position for the period of carrying out annual assessment is vacant:
acquaint all government employees of TEM with Procedure for carrying out annual assessment and provide carrying out annual assessment of accomplishment by government employees of TEM of the obligations and tasks assigned to them according to the approved Procedure for carrying out annual assessment;
provide transfer of the filled forms of the form of annual assessment of accomplishment by the government employee of job responsibilities and tasks (further - form of the form of annual assessment) in the carrying out annual assessment established by Procedure terms to the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine for storage in personal records of workers.
