Some questions of realization of personal military estate

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for realization of personal military estate at auctions which is applied.

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for alienation and realization of military property of Armed Forces approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2000 N 1919 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, N 1-2, Art. 26; 2002, N 14, Art. 740, N 29, Art. 1369; 2003, N 21, Art. 934; 2005, N 21, Art. 1133, N 34, Art. 2075; 2007, N 28, the Art. 1107, N 64, the Art. 2506), changes which are applied.

3. Extend operation of this resolution of the Procedure approved according to Item 1 to military forming, law enforcement agencies of special purpose and Public service of special communication and information security.

Procedure for realization of personal military estate at auctions

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of sale of personal military estate of Armed Forces (further - property) in the domestic market according to lists which affirm according to Regulations on procedure for alienation and realization of the military property of Armed Forces approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2000 N 1919 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, N 1-2, Art. 26), except military products and goods of double use.

2. Terms which are applied in this Procedure have such value:

auction - tendering form in which lot is on sale to that participant who offered for it the highest price fixed by litsitator during tendering;

bid increment - the minimum cash allowance determined in accordance with the established procedure by which in the course of holding the auction each suggested price of lot raises;
