Some questions of functioning of cargo customs complexes, avtoport, autoterminals

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve requirements to which the cargo customs complex shall answer автопорт, the autoterminal which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 7, 2003 N 476 "About approval of requirements with which the cargo customs complex, автопорт, the autoterminal" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, N 15, shall answer the Art. 656).

3. To the State Customs Service:

develop within four months and approve single procedure for functioning in cargo customs complexes, avtoporta, autoterminals of system of electronic accounting of goods and vehicles, systems of video surveillance, gating system and access to noted systems of officials of customs authorities, and also to bring the Procedure for opening of cargo customs complex of avtoport, the autoterminal into compliance with this resolution;

perform within six months of action for reduction of infrastructure and operating procedure of cargo customs complexes of avtoport, autoterminals in compliance with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
