About lump sum payment to some categories of citizens of the Russian Federation in connection with the 65 anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941 - 1945

Due to the 65 anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 I decide:

1. Make lump sum payment to the following categories of the citizens of the Russian Federation who are constantly living in the territory of the Russian Federation in April, 2010:

a) to disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, veterans of the Great Patriotic War from among persons specified in subitems 1 - 3 Items 1 of article 2 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 N 5-FZ "About veterans", to the being minor prisoners of the concentration camps, ghetto and other places of detention created by fascists and their allies during World War II, to widows of the military personnel who died during war with Finland, the Great Patriotic War, war with Japan, to widows of the died disabled people of the Great Patriotic War and participants of the Great Patriotic War - in the amount of 5000 rubles;

b) to veterans of the Great Patriotic War from among persons specified in the subitem 4 of Item 1 of article 2 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 N 5-FZ "About veterans", to the former full age prisoners of Nazi concentration camps, prisons and ghetto - in the amount of 1000 rubles.

2. To provide to the government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this Decree, including expenses on delivery of lump sum payment and to determine procedure of the specified payment.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
