According to article 40 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population", articles 1 and 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care" I ORDER:

1. Approve the State sanitary standards and rules of ustraivaniye, content, the equipment and the organization of work of institutions which provide services in computer game activities to children (further - ДСанПиН) which are applied.

2. To department of the organization of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of MZ to bring ДСанПиН to organizations and institutions of the public sanitary and epidemiologic service of Ukraine, the ministries, other central executive bodies in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To the deputy director of Department of the organization of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (Grigorenko A. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the acting director of the department of the organization of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance Mukharskaya L. M.
