About enhancement of claim treatment procedure of citizens on the decision of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning provision of pensions

According to the Law of Ukraine "About the address of citizens", Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.10.2007 of N 1261, board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Form under the Pension fund of Ukraine and head departments of the Pension fund of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol of the commission on questions of consideration of claims of citizens to the decision of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning provision of pensions.

2. Approve Regulations on the Commission of the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning consideration of claims of citizens to the decision of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning provision of pensions which is applied.

3. Approve Regulations on the Commission of head department of the Pension fund of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol concerning consideration of claims of citizens to decisions of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning provision of pensions which is applied.

4. Add the Claim treatment procedure on decisions of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning provision of pensions approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 12.10.2007 N 18-6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 02.11.2007 for N 1241/14508, Item 8 of such content:
