In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 to resolve by way of exception Service of civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs import to the country and the room under customs regime of import of three cars of the Volvo brand equipped with the special equipment, classified by goods item 8705 30? 000, two cars of the Mercedes Sprinter 416 CDI model classified by goods item 8703 21 901, provided as free aid (donation) by the Scottish charitable organization "Blythswood Care", and one car of the Mercedes-Benz brand equipped with the special equipment, classified by goods item 8705 30 000, offered the Norwegian organization "StatoilHydro Mongstadde" (according to appendix), with exemption of import payments, without the alienation right.
