About procedure for forming and use of national bank of data on children without parental support

For the purpose of protection of the rights and interests of children without parental support, according to the Family code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for forming and use of national bank of data on children without parental support.

2. To the ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic of social protection of the population to perform forming of national bank of data on children without parental support in three-months time and to take measures for its further maintaining and use.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, local public administrations, the city halls of the cities information collection about children without parental support, and submission to the Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic of social protection of the population for forming of national bank of data on children without parental support.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic of social protection of the population.
