For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of the Commission of custom union of Eurasian economic community of November 27, 2009 "On single customs and tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 130

1. Approve enclosed:

the balance estimation of production and consumption of sugar in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010;

amount of reed raw sugar without the vkuso-aromatic or painting additives (the FEACN CU code 1701 11) (further - raw sugar) which import is performed without payment of customs duties in customs regime of release of goods for free circulation on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010.

2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform issue of permissions in the form approved by the Agreement on rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in goods of June 9, 2009 within the approved amount in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the contract between suppliers of raw sugar with the companies - producers of sugar which list is specified in appendix to this resolution, about purpose of the imported raw sugar.

3. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform customs clearance and collection of customs duties from import of raw sugar imported in customs regime of release of goods for free circulation:

based on the permissions issued by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan on zero rates of import customs duties;

without the permissions issued by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the rates of import customs duties specified in the Common customs tariff of custom union.
