About federal special brands and modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2005 No. 785

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2005 N 785 "About marking of alcoholic products by federal special brands" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 52, Art. 5748; 2006, N 3, Art. 298; N 47, of Art. 4914; 2009, N 4, Art. 505).

2. Determine that the organizations performing production of alcoholic products in the territory of the Russian Federation (daleeorganization) represent to territorial authorities of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation (further - territorial authorities) in the location of the organization or its separate division specified in the license for production and turnover of alcoholic products till March 20, 2010:

a) the report on use of earlier issued federal special brands as of February 28, 2010;

b) the obligation about use of the acquired federal special brands according to their appointment (daleeobyazatelstvo) concerning the federal special brands which are not used as of February 28, 2010;

c) the document confirming ensuring obligation fulfillment.

3. Provide to the Federal Tax Service:

a) carrying out in territorial tax authorities of inventory count of the remaining balance conforming to the established requirements of federal special brands as of February 28, 2010;

b) transfer till April 1, 2010 to Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation of documents (specified in article 12 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products") the organizations at which completion date of obligations comes after February 28, 2010;
